this makes 2 pies.
1 cup peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. cool whip
2 graham cracker crust
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 1/2 cups of confectioner sugar
topping-
8 oz. cool whip
1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
cream peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
add coffee, cool whip and sugar.
cream until smooth.
pour into two graham cracker crust and top with cool whip.
sprinkle chopped (roasted) peanuts.
freeze until ready to serve. it needs to go in the freezer for at least an hour, prior to serving for the first time.
thaw a little before serving.
