Non paying customer-Here we go again!

February 22nd, quote, "I'll send it out today" Mind you it was only a necklace, double spur mounted on a deer antler bead with a nice leather rope to hang it.Only a $50 price tag, but after countless attempts and excuses, I think two months is enough time to expect payment.I was sympathetic to his gall bladder being removed and his grandpa being sick but a week ago yesterday was another promise of payment and NADA!That's press two for spanish---NOTHING!

Your thoughts guys?

I don't care if it's $50 or $500.  AJ post the name or send it to me in a PM.  Fore warned is fore armed. We have delt with this many times.  There are only a handful folks I send calls to before receiving the money,  and I have years of transactions with them.  Never been burnt but you don't know what's coming at you.  I could tell you stories.

I feel its really up to the individual owed the money to decide if the delinquents name is posted and not public opinion because he will take the back flak.  However, in the past real results were only gotten by posting names on the forum.

I agree with Ralph.  It would help us all as a call making community to know who to watch out for.   Thanks AJ for bringing this up.

I would post it AJ-
there is alot of thrust amoung friends here that people will do the right thing....if someone continues to dance around the responsibility----their name should be made public to keep others from falling in their trap also

AJ I will say (as the Administrator) that this gives us collectors a bad rap to many of the callmakers.  You have done your due diligence and at the very least you could help other callmakers from being hung out to dry too.  If you feel comfortable, you are more than welcome to post the name!  We are a community and a good community always sticks together!

I know things do occur (and you have seemed to have bent over backward), but either send the item back or pay up!  I do not like thieves/crooks!

Unfortunitly this happens all to offen!! I know I had another call maker screw me!!! The bad part of that deal was when I brought it out in the open I got flack about it!! How in the world can anybody stick up for a person who has screwed someone else!!

Ughhhhh, I know how you feel and it sucks, I had this happen to me two times before but my fault for being so trusting to a stranger. If it happens to me again, I have no problem posting a name, it's not slander if all I say is John Doe owes me money.

Well Mr. Zach paid today! I got the check inthe mail two monhs aftersending him the necklace..Better late than never! Thanks Guys and thanks zach for paying!
