I've been ordering my slate and glass from the same supplier for 2 years. In the beginning my order was always at my door in 3-4 days. I received 3 orders in a row that had cracks in the slate and chipped edges on the glass last year. I contacted them and some heated emails later they said to send it back. After that all my orders arrived in 6-7 days. I placed an order with them on the 14th and when I sent emails on the 23rd and the 26th about my order both were unanswered. So today I called them up and they said that they were out of stock on half my order.
Now there shipping policy is,
All orders will be processed within three business days. In the event that an item is back ordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.
Is it just me or is this bad business?
Now its time to place my order elsewhere.
