Acid stained maple pair

This is part  a set that I am working on...when finished it will consist of the two boxes pictured: a Cost style short box , a Turpin style box and (not pictured) a Turpin style  with the handle, and a matching chalk box along with a matching scratch box. at the rate I'm going it may be a while before I get finished  .....those are worm holes in the turpin lid...they don't look that bad in person :-[

Charlie your acid stain work is amazing... I'm just sorry I didn't back out on my trade with Daryl and keep that Turpin myself ROTFLMBO
