Had a first batch with some deep fried turkey fingers.  Hope to eat a bunch more in the next couple weeks.  Thankfully, my wife likes them too.  ;D

Ramps...dadgum LT...I'll wait till some of the rednecks and hillbillies ring in...but what the heck are ramps, must be some kind of flowers you 60's generations like to eat ROTFLMBO

no some of my family is from the tennesee and brought some here and cooked it up whole with chiken and greens, man it was good, only the one time... but  loved them.... cooked up kinda sweet as far as i remember

I love fresh caught trout with a ramp and a little butter inside wrapped in foil and cooked on an open fire. That and a big skillet of fried potatoes and ramps. Yum

My 3 year old son and I just walked in the door from diggin 'em. Nothin better for eatin and now I have me a new diggin partner, it's as good as it gets. *bannana*
