Something that put a smile on my face
« on: August 04, 2011, 05:57:09 AM »
I've had these calls here for some time (Dave I'm soooo sorry it took me this long to post) and my son is about to wear them out :)

Dave (Gitzit69) pm'd me and said he had some callers done for my son.  I was elated and couldn't wait to get my hands on them.  I waited for Mitchell to get home one night and handed him the box.  Said who do you know from California?  He smiled and ripped right into the box.

Dave didn't let me down.  An osage slate pot caller and Osage yelper.  Of course, he threw in some awesome Osage shavings and my son likes them almost as much as the calls ! :)

Dave used Musk Ox on the yelper and me and the boy looked up those animals and that kept him very interested!

Dave thanks for making my boys day.  This has been one heck of a summer for him and now he is driving mommy insane with turkey calls too  *peep*

I'm glad he liked them Porter. That smile is priceless.
