Well it's been tuff hunting this year. Two days ago I had one flopping like a fish out of water. I watched it through my range finder until it quit flopping. I had left my camera back at the truck so I ran to get it. I get back 5 min later and the tom was gone. I know better than not to jump on a flopping bird. I looked for 3 hours but couldn't find him. Needless to say I was sick to my stomach for some time after.
This morning I decided to break in a few new callers. 3 inch Buckeye pot slate/slate, Buckeye yelper with a Musk Ox transition to a hen bone mouth piece, and a caller I made for Bob at Shadetree. It's glass over dual soundboards antler/aluminum.
