Strikers from West Augusta
« on: April 01, 2011, 09:18:16 PM »
Here are two beauties from Steve.  An Osage (aka The Golden Wand) and an apple stickler!

I knew something would be up when I called the Osage one a yellow wand and he corrected me and he didn't let me down :)

I've hardly put the osage one down yet.  I love it!!!

Steve thanks for bunting me two wonderful strikers.  They will be in my vest this Spring!

The sounds you get out of these strikers is amazing. I have to get used to playing a light striker. Once you get the feel for it, WOW. The cutts with mine really pop!!!

Mike, I HAD to do something. *lol*
I'm glad that you like them. I did enjoy "bunting" the "sticklers" for you and do hope they help call in a few longbeards for you this spring.

Nice strikers Porter. Steve makes some fine ones for sure. I have used one already to call in a nice gobbler this spring.

The apple is nice but that osage is a waste of a good fence post. ROTFLMBO  Bill
