Wood duck calls

Here are a few wood duck calls I made this past week.
L-R
Maple with a wood duck feather in the finish, osage orange, cocobolo, osage orange and bubinga



next one, L-R
Honey locust, catalpa with another wood duck feather in the finish, wenge, special order out of corrugata and AFB, spalted dogwood and walnut

Misfire, do you try to get any particular duck out of your calls or just a mallard tone?  they sure are some dandy ofa lookin calls!
we mostly have wood and mallard ducks around here but a few others from time to time

Those are woodduck calls. I also make single reed AR style mallard calls. But these calls are for woodducks and can also be a locator call in the spring for turkeys
