I was very fortunate enough to grab one of BigTom's scratch boxes when he posted them awhile back.  I've always wanted one with a slate striking surface and I'm glad I acquired this one.

I've been practicing and practicing and hope to fool a nice longbeard this Spring with it!

Tom thanks for taking the time to build some nice scratchers!

I like that design on the scratcher and striker. Congrats. I would like to get one like this myself.

Trying to get on the list for next spring too; I really want one with slate.  Scratchers seem to strike birds when nothing else will.  Never leave home without one now.
