Well I saw Todd post an Osage caller on his facebook account (it's strange how that gets some of the members here in trouble  *lol* ) and I said right away.. I wanted one.

Todd said give him some time, and he'd put me one together.  I talked to him today, and needless to say... I think I caused some hair loss with Todd too.

I was expecting a regular ole shortbox and when I opened the package.. I was shocked.  What a beautiful parquet caller!

This call will be in my vest a lot next Spring!  It's my first call from Todd, but it will not be my last.  I had never played one of his callers until Nashville.  I was very fortunate to talk to Todd there and had some ideas of what I wanted to order.  It was shortly after I saw the photos of the Osage caller.

Todd you did an amazing job building me a beautiful caller!  I'm not sure why you are so hard on Osage  *peep*  This is loaded with turkeys!!!

Glad you like the call Mike.   

I know we all like to give the old boy a hard time, but this call was my way of saying thanks for what he does on this forum.   He has managed to pull together one of the finest groups of people I know.   

As for the osage Mike, I love the way it looks and I like the way it sounds if I ever get it tuned.   I always have to slightly alter some of my call dimensions to tune that stuff, so yes I did pull out what little hair I have left.
