Scratch boxes from SS....Al & Josh........

I got these two beautiful boxes in the mail last week. The Alaskan Yellow Cedar I was expecting but I wasn't expecting the Teak from Josh. These are beautiful calls. I have heard Al play their scratchers and it sounded like a box call. I'm not there yet but practicing. The AYC has a Walnut base and a QS Sycamore soundboard. Josh's Teak Box has a Ash soundboard. Both have Walnut strikers. Thanks guys for two awesome calls from two great men and friends.

Well as crappy as my photography has been, I decided to go on the front porch and take a picture. Took me nearly an hour to set up and get the picture. Then another to recover. I really thought someone would say something about the picture. That is as good as I can do under the circumstances!   *cry* *cry*

Nothing wrong with the picture Mike it looks good. You have a pair of nice scratchers too.
It's nice to have two good friends like Al and Josh.

Two mighty fine scratchers there!!!

Al and Josh both are really good at playing them... me not so good!!!

By the way, nothing wrong with those pictures!!!!  You are as addicted to AYC as I am Osage!
