 I just thought I would share a couple more photos of my hunt with Gregg. Gregg shot his bird on a ridgetop above this beaver pond on a tree farm in Athens co. Ohio. I got mine the next day across the road from there on a cattle farm, using a triple slate caller that Gregg made for me. I am told that this is a special call that he only shares with close friends and he doesn't make them to sell. I can tell you this much, that little baby sings turkey !!! My bird came in on a run trying to get to me before his buddies. Boy, what a surprise I had for him ! Have you ever seen a turkey do the Federal Back-flip ? We had a great hunt along with some great times hanging out and I can't wait til Gregg comes back to Ohio. If you talk to Gregg, ask him about his nickname (crapalotapus). It is an old indian word for  " he who poops in tall weeds in the dark", or something like that. I look forward to when The "turkey vulture" and "crapalotapus" can get together and chase some more big game animals! LOL !!!!!!

Thanks for the great Post "turkey vulture" , and I sure can't argue that nickname you gave me.   Thats funny.

I was deep in the heart of Ohio Buckeye land, No way was I going to sport that Penn State Jersey there.
