Thought I'd add my two cents to this thread.....I see by reading here that there is a wide variety of broadheads preferred by various archers...over the years I have tried many of them...as long as they are cut on contact, fixed blade heads....I have taken game with Howard Hill heads....great penetration, but really hard to sharpen ; Ben Pearson Dead Heads..good killers. but their design made them make a whistling sound on their way to the target...lots of targets moved.

Bear Razor Heads...good heads whether used with or without the bleeder blades ....Zwicky Delta two blade...wow..what a cutting machine...and great blood...but tended to windplane under some conditions... Snuffers...great design...but the length to width ratio is not optimum in my opinion......since they came out I have been using Wensel Woodsman heads...shoots to same point as my field points..best penetration I have seen..never had a hit that wasn't a pass thru...blood anyone can follow...easy to sharpen (and you do have to sharpen them)...for my money it is the best available currently...............Charlie
