Kelly.

I've found that some of my glass calls sound and perform better when conditioned with a stone and some with sandpaper.  Some like a coarser surface than others.  Just the nature of the beast I guess.

I use a stone first to cut the glass then use sheetrock screen to finish.

I prefer 3m dry wall paper/screen. medium and fine grit.

I condition the BB surface with a stone.......and have consistant good results......I do this because I hate how long it takes to scratch the entire surface of a new piece of glass......
