Every sense I got my set from Ernie in Nashville, took one hunting to break it in--I told Ernie I had to have a hunting call. One that doesn't belong in the display case set he made for me-those are retired to the cabnet now !!!!.
Well, here is his answer to my request. I told him to make me one with the same great sound he put into the one I started this past season off with in Florida.
Mr Fetters made me a African Blackwood trumpet with Ivory and even made the ferrule from solid brass. Got the call in Monday and was just able to PROUDLY post it up for you guys to see.
Erine's call are easy to run. This killa really breaks over great and she's a real looker too. Ernie, I truly appreciate this caller from you my friend, and it will see time in the woods I promise.
If you don't have one of Ernie's calls, ya owe it to yourself to get one---they SPIT FEATHERS !!! Moreover, as far as makers go, hes a great guy also !!! Proud to call him a friend !!!
