lets try a better subject guys......
After a GREAT weekend with a lot of the members here and a lot of others I have met in this great sport....
I as most of us here share a passion for getting more and more calls it seems like. Here a my Nashville grabs this weekend...
first off is a one of one Steve Torman custom pot call...glass over slate

a Mark McPhail pair of troughs calls

a Bob Fulcher trough call

a Gary Bunofski wingbone from my turkey taken at Marlins this fall with the dogs...

a Chad Scruggs trumpet made from Snakewood and Deer antler

a Bill Henkel scratcher made of Chestnut

a call from someone I look up to so much,Marlin Watkins, Handle call made of Snakewood and butternut--number 2 of 7

another Marlin Watkins Fiddle caller made of Persimmon and Snakewood

and a special little call as a gift from Ernie Fetters--its called a Tennessee HOO BILLY call---and let me say--its a PLAYER TOO !!!!

A trio of horns from another friend Steve Luma ..first is a hunter style trumpet made from Ironwood, second is a beautiful wingbone and the last is a one of one Jordan made of Cane with a Cane case also

and Finally--a VERY SPECIAL set from a great man and known callmaker...a presentation grade set from Ernie Fetters. Ernie was supposed to make me a hunting trumpet and showed up with this masterpiece. It is a Ivory/coco trumpet, and a Coco wingbone trumpet in his signature style with them set in a personalized display case that Ernie burned a strutter on the walnut case. Ernie added the personalization inside the case for me in Brass nameplates. Ernie, gotta say--this is one special piece to me my friend and thanks for the added touches to the set. I am in awe my friend....
