Great Time

I have been bow hunting for deer the past few days on the place I bought last spring up near Missouri. Look what showed up one day for a visit. I heard them fly up and went back the next morning. They gobbled on the roost several times and when they flew down they gobbler yelped, clucked, purred, and gobbled I bet 50 times. I thought I was in the spring turkey woods. I saw several deer in easy bow range but never pulled my bow back. Needless to say it was a great time. My stand is in the trees just to the right of the feeder. The gobblers were within 25 yards of me for several minutes. There is no fall turkey season in Arkansas for gun or bow. The time and date on the pic is incorrect.

That is some good stuff. I love seeing long beards. I haven't heard Fall gobbling in AR in several years. That is AWESOME! Tends to make me forget all about deer.

Looks like you have a pretty good camp Rickey.  You'll have some fun up there next spring for sure.

Rickey that is great to see!!!  I love watching birds.  during deer season I always take a call and sometimes I get carried away (and yes miss the opportunity to harvest a deer).

I bet you are tickled to death.  I know how hard it has been on you down there in Arkansas!
