Rikon belt sander?

I need a6x48 belt sander,what brand would be best. I was thinking about a Rikon but don't know if the brand is any good.

I use a Rikon and it performs great !

Yep, Bob was bragging on his Rikon just the other day. I've never used a Rikon, I use a delta and like it real well. Stay away from the Craftsman models unless it's one of the older ones.

Billy I have a Jet and a Rikon the Rikon is ok for the money it is solid and heavy the only complaint that I have is the belt tracking is really touchy as the sanding belts wear out but I had it for years replaced the drive belt after 3 years
