Done packing a gun in Missouri
« on: April 26, 2013, 08:03:02 PM »

Another 2 year old succumbs to a fence post. Osage lid over butternut or china berry either one makes for a high raspy loud caller for windy days or low soft yelps for the finish. This one wasn't as heavy as the first but packed an 11" beard.

There was 3 more long beards and 4 hens with this bird. I had a good show for several minutes before I messed up their day. The hens left happy happy happy and so did the other 3 long beards. This one never knew what happened so you could say he departed happy too. Thanks to HEVI Shot magnum blend!
