Well my little girl did it again, She got her first turkey this year and yesterday she smoked this nice 6 pointer at 70 yards with her .223  This deer had a huge body for NC  weighed about 150-160 lbs.. I am so proud of her and she was as nervous as I was but stayed cool under pressure..What a great memory and a Blessed day...I cant stop smiling...

Congrats to her on a great year.  I hope my 5 year old girl will be there soon.  Tell me about the .223 on a deer that size - where did she hit it and what did it do?  just curious...

thats picture is PRICELESS Tim !!!
mAN---"WHAT A FEELING " -----you have had a very SPECIAL and Memorable year this year. First turkey and now a first deer. As hunters and people in the lifestyle of hunting, there is NOTHING that surpasses the experience you just had with your daughter friend.
I know you feel the same as I do....in ALL my years of hunting anything, there will NEVER be anything more special than being with my daughters when the rolled their first gobbler.
Now the pressure is on ya friend----ya have another daughter to put on a deer ----good luck with that , and hope ya'll share the same excitement and cherrished momories you just experienced.
Good luck and good hunting friend.
Take a child hunting, and ya will never have to hunt for a child!!!!
