I have a Father son Duo, Dr. David and Dr. Frank Jones, that have been friends for quite a few years and both have killed a good many birds with my Stribling box's. Even heard they doubled for the first time on a pair of Mississippi Gobblers on a Club they are members of here in Missississippi on opening day and just added that double with the Stribling.
The younger Dr. David Jones has just moved to the Nashville area and is doing a fellowship there. I met them at the Convention in Nashville this year where they ordered two of my new Turpin One siders after looking at Snakeboots call. Got the the calls to David's dad about a month ago. David sent me this email today.
"Hello, hello!--Love the new one-sider box call. Frank and I scored on two nice gobs at a place I got permission to hunt near Nashville using the one-sider. Got on 'em on the roost at daylight, stayed with them until the hens left mid-morning, moved twice on them, and called them in finally about 9:30 after they scattered earlier from a dog running them out of the pasture! The one-sider got em fired up again and pulled them back out of the woods!"
Congratulations on two doubles in one year. Great Teamwork there!
