I use the Eastman Lazy Lounger. Love it and it has a built in chair so you can sit anywhere with back support.

I like to use my little hunting backpack (which has a camelbak-style water pouch), so I switched to the Beard Buster Run and Gun Turkey Belt last year.  It is pretty much exactly what I envisioned when searching for a vest alternative to go with my pack, so it was a no-brainer for me.  I've had no problems with it, and it actually has more space than I need.  The seat is thin, but all you need, and I found the rip-cord feature very useful for jumping up to quickly cut distance on a bird.  It also makes me feel like Batman when I suit-up  .

But, as far as vests go, I really like the Ol' Tom one that my friend bought last year.  You can tell that they really put a lot of thought into their vests, as far as call placement and some of their technical features are concerned.  I'm also a big fan of Bottomland, and they offer their products in that pattern.  

On another vest alternative note, Ol Tom's vestless technical turkey gear is pretty darn cool.  Besides call holders sewn onto the pants, I believe they also have built-in/removable knee pads.  The shirt (or maybe the pants) has a zipper on the back, which attaches to their optional seat.  The shirt also has call pockets all over the place, some sort of inside pocket deal (can't recall how that works), and a spine-pad (like their knee pads) for leaning against trees.  If I wasn't completely content with my current set-up, I would probably get the full Ol’ Tom vestless get-up.  I might still go for the pants because I like their lightweight material and knee pads, but I really just don't need the extra space right now.

I bought the Elite and I really like it...never knew about the O'L Tom, but if I did I probably would have checked it out...they look cool.

Having suffered some back issues over the years, I went to one of the turkey hunting fanny packs and it really worked out well. Put the weight down on my hips and is much more comfortable in warmer weather.  That being said, a couple of my hunting buds went with the Cabelas Tat'r vest and they speak highly of it. There are several versions but his is the one they got.

I guess it depends on how much gear you will be toting and the temps you will be hunting in.  I've got a few vest, one of which is the super elite III, but I now carry fewer calls and don't have a need for all the pockets that some of the vest have.  I want to have to do as little searching for what I need as possible, and stay as cool as I can.  That being said, I have gone with a vest that fits my needs, is light and simple.  That vest for me is an Ol' Tom.  The seat that comes on it is fine, but I have rigged mine to where I have an innertube attached to is and have done away with the stock seat.  It has the gun cradle, which is a handy feature too.

As for the Ol' Tom clothing, I have heard to order a size larger than what you normally wear.  At one time I looked at the pants, but opted not get them...I didn't care for the material.

The Ol' Tom shirts seem like a pretty neat light option and I believe they have a magnet built in to the back, so you can attach one of their seats.

All that being said, the super elite is a fine vest, just a little warmer than I like and a few too many pockets for my liking.  I hunt in some hot and humid weather, cover a lot of ground and don't need anything that is going to make me sweat more than I already do.

Blake spot on.  I do have the pants and they are super cool.  Not real fond of the material and I am very careful around barb wire.  It will rip and I do not think they will hold up really well...  I only bought them because I had a ton of gift cards for BP.  I have the Ol' Tom Vest too.  Love it.  I also have a Cabelas Tat'r and it is awesome!!!
