Cherry and Poplar Medal Winner
« on: January 27, 2012, 05:52:37 AM »
I recently received the short box I sent to the Midwest Competition. A kind gentleman did my bidding for me so that I was able to get it back. It's a cherry box and paddle with poplar sides. I was pretty excited to see my name in with these guys!

Cousin Michael has a knack for making outstanding calls!  Must have something to do with the last name.  (We drop the "s" down here south of the Mason-Dixon line.)

Congrats on the false medal. Sorry but your selling and entering calls that you didn't make. I have no problem with someone selling a kit call for a reasonable price but to have them engraved as a custom call isn't right.
I don't like stirring the pot but what gets me is the guy who spent hrs working on his box fine tuning it to come in 7th place right behind a guy who entered a kit. I would either find out who was in 7th and send him his medal or mail it to Brooksidegamecalls who actually CNC'd the box. JMHO

No respect should be given to a man who does not honor his word. He is just an adolescent who's acorns haven't dropped yet.

Those who stir the S**T pot should have to lick the spoon.
