Two new woods for me.

Been wanting to work some bloodwood into pots but the endgrain was causing me fits so I ended up purchasing a carbide turning tool for this purpose.  Man what a difference!  The yellowheart is slate over glass and the bloodwood is black anodized aluminum over glass.  The black anodized is another new one for me.  Thanks for the look.

That Bloodwood is some beautiful HARD WOOD.

That Yellowheart turned out nice also.
