I made up this birdseye maple striker, sent her to the classies. Man is it a beauty!! It runs well on all surfaces, bringing out the high pitch on any call.. It is definitely my favorite on slate out of all of them. The yelps are crisp and the cutts are sharp. Kee kees like a dream and purrs like a kitten.
The pics don't capture the iridescence of the grain either! It has a hard high gloss urethane finish to protect it from the elements.
