Red Dot scope?

Any of you guys using one on your shotgun? I have heard good things about them but I've really never shot anything but a bead sight on a shotgun. Thanks in advance.

I went to a Burris FFII last spring and love it. If the dot is on the head when you touch the trigger something is going to die. I was 8 for 8 with some shots out to 50 yds.

I have eye problems for years that cause red dots to "splatter" all over the place, but I went to the TruGlo with the circles and the tiny dot in the center.  The green color is much better than the red and the rings help when judging range.  Two years ago, I was able to make a shot from an awkward position with my eye not centered behind the scope, and still killed the turkey.

I have a Burris FF on my Benelli, and a Bushnell scope on my Remington. Love the Burris, my son uses the other

I LOVE mine.  Will never hunt without after using one for about 5 seasons now.  I shoot a Truglo Trubrite Open Red dot.  No need for a cheek to stock weld.  Parallax free from 30 yards. Put the dot on him and let her rip.....

we worked with some Holographic sites last year,.. and also had several customers that had them...and I love them,...they are even easier to "sight" than a tubed red dot,......... I like the EOTech's or the Bushnells.

I got the TruGlo with the circle and dot. I love mine, the circle helps with range est. and if you can see the spot on target, makes no difference where it's at in the tube. Top, left, right, or bottom its still gonna nail em.

I have been using red dots on my gobbler gun for about 18 years and love them.  I could never go back to a bead.  I have Bushnell trophy dots, holo and a Redfield dot on my guns.  I like them cause I can site the shot gun to suit the best part of my patterns.  Also eliminates misses ;)---Jason

Really like the one I put on my wife's gun and will be getting one for mine soon.  My eyes aren't what they use to be and it really helps to have the dot.  Just don't forget to turn it on!
