TWO GREAT LITTLE CALLERS FROM BOB
« on: November 08, 2011, 08:17:44 PM »
Saw these little callers from Bob when Brent and I went on a road trip to Tennessee. Jeff had one and Brent had one but I was the only one left out.  ??? I got home and talked to Bob and told him I had to have one. Got the package in the mail this week and to my surprise it had a bonus in it. The bonus was an extra caller. One is slate and the other is copper. Both make soft putts, clucks, and purrs. They also make awesome tree talk. RkLu RkLu RkLu

                                                                                                  Much appreciated Bob,
                                                                                                                                Frank

Thanks guys . I really do think that this call will help lure in those wary old gobblers. The slate call is made from padauk , zebrawood and tiger maple  with a striker of poplar , padauk and spalted maple. The copper call is some mineral poplar that Frank K gave me ans also a little more zebrawood . Striker is made with the poplar , padauk and maple . The spalted maple came from a tree that Jim Chilton cut and had milled from his yard near Emienence , Mo. The poplar came from Swiney Rayfield's turkey call shop .
