Richard I shoot a SBE,  I have a trueglow choke tube with the Federals #7 3in hevi-Shells. It gets the job done right..... *up*

Richard,

What gauge and what size shot are you going to use ?????  Barrel length is important, as well.....

I'm partial to Kicks chokes. I have also sent a couple of Nova shotguns to Briley to have their chokes installed. Both are potent on turkeys.

Richard,

I carried a Bennlli Nova for numerous years with a 24'' barrell and a Balistic Specialities .650 non ported choke, that produced a darn fine pattern. The other key in this equation is the ammo, but I do not remember what produced the best pattern. Good Luck!

If it is a 12ga they like to be around 645(3 inch) to 650(31/2).  Now some will put good numbers with around a 670 range also.   Now if it is a 20ga go with something in the 562 rang HV-13 or Fed HTL.
Tell us how dead you want them we see if we can make it happen.

My hunting buddy uses a Benelli and swears by Kicks.  I use one in my 11-87 also.  Awsome chokes!

Kicks makes a fine choke, but the biggest problem is you eliminate HTL ammo from your choices

I use a Primos Jellyhead with Winchester Xtended Range #6's with good results.
