5.9 Earthquake in VA!!

Felt it real well in PA and we had to declare an usual event at work next up is a hurricane all in one week.  Living the dream, a bad one, but living it anyway.

I heard it occured along a little known fault that runs through DC.   Bush's Fault.      *aah*  *aah*

Several of my friends felt it in Greenwood, SC and Augusta, GA.   I was in the truck at the time.

glad everyone is ok and hope no damage was suffered....
Anyone think the quake was Porter getting "SPIKED" again by that pretty little girl on the volleyball court...... ;D ROTFLMBO ROTFLMBO.

I was working in the office and the building started swaying abit. Plants moving and such. Pretty cool!  My first quake here in WV. :D

Hope everybody's OK from the ground shaking. Time to board up the houses, I think the hurricane could be a strong one.

OH MAN!  I was asleep in a beach chair on Long Beach Island NJ, when the tremors came.  Lasted about 20 seconds.  It was like some one was running a soil compactor next to me, without the sound.  The rest of the family were in a house on pilings.  They said it swayed a good bit.  I kept watching the Ocean to see if the water went out, but it didn't so I thought the epicenter was some place on land.  They are talking about evacuating the Island on Sunday for the hurricane.
