Help with Picture

I turned my camera down to the smallest size and the quality down all the way.  anytime i try to upload a pic it says file too large.  How are you getting multiple pictures and what not?

And when I upload pictures I use

and use the Message Board 640 x 480 setting.  Never had any issues.

To load multiple images, I copy and paste them to WORD.  When I have the entire post the way I want it, I copy and paste it here.
