2010 buck harvest (fangs!)

Just found this site a couple of weeks ago and thought I would share my buck from last season.  The mainbeam had been broken but I wasn't going to pass him up.  While cleaning the skull to boil, I felt something on the roof of his mouth.  He had a set of "fangs".  I have read they are actually K9's that are a recessive gene from long ago that is rarely still found from deer.  The intact beam is just over 80".

Wow I've never seen "Fangs" on a deer before..... Nice Buck!! Congrats!!

     I'd like to see the buck that broke that off :o

    The fangs are a  *cool* find as well.....

great buck ---what tine length and the fangs are cool,,,,,,never heard of that
