This burl was growing on a branch of a huge pine tree. I had no idea pine could produce such a burl. It was very hard to sand this pot. Any heat or friction would cause the pitch to come to the surface. The pot isn't done yet so I don't know how it will sound. If it's full of turkey there's a bunch of them left up there to be cut.
