Name this burl (updated winner striker pics)

Ok guys, the first to tell me what kind of burl this pot is made of gets a free one piece striker. The striker will be either Hickory, Cardinal or Padauk your choice. One guess at a time only. Have fun!  RkLu

Nobody has it yet, so here's one hint. I cut it from a tree myself here in Calif.

I have no idea what wood that is but it sure is a beautiful call!  *up*   I'll guess canarywood burl??  ???
