I have an awesome magnolia caller made by Irving Whitt . It sounds great and looks like it is pretty stable wood . I bet it will work good for ya !

If it is from what I gave him, I'm glad it worked out. i have a bunch of it from a tree that was cut down in Richmond, Va about 4 years ago. When I get the chance (soon hopefully) I will send you some.
