Here we go again
« on: May 20, 2011, 05:40:10 AM »
Yep more rain... 3 to 5" this weekend...  We will be flooded again and so everyone South of us, watch out.. I know you are in a mess too.

Supposed to start today and rain solid for 3 days and the next 7 days have rain in it too.

Our lakes have already issued a warning, we are full and this will flood us big time :(

We have been wet and cold almost all of May.  Turkey Hatch is really going to suffer this year I believe :(

Everyone be careful and good luck!

I went to an outdoor crawfish boil and hog roast last weekend and it was nothing but cold and misting rain all day Saturday and Sunday.  I can't tell you how many times I thought about the turkey hatch and how the weather was going to hurt it.  Here in Missouri out turkey population is way down from what it was years ago due to poor weather in mid May.  We need dry weather but I don't think it's in the cards. *aah*

A lot of people suffering because of the floods, worst in history in most areas.

Been raining in Pa. all week and rain in the forcast for every day next week. The creeks are over their banks and a lot of roads are closed?

Well, east central Missouri seems to have dodged a bullet.  We got a little rain last night but it didn't amount to much.  Still,  I think the cold wet weather last weekend did a number on a lot of baby turks.    :'(

Well Joplin MO just got hit by "multiple" tornados.  Hospital pretty much destroyed, most of the town got hit and neighborhoods are just gone.   It is unreal seeing the live video of the town.

At least 10 semis were picked up off of the Interstate and slammed down.

We have a very very long night ahead of us :(

Thoughts and prayers out to the people in Joplin MO.  Right now 24 fatalities  *prayer*

You mind keeping that stuff up there this time? We got 'bout all the water we can handle down here for awhile. *peep*

I'm not sure where you are, but I suspect our water becomes your water in about 3 or 4 days.  Sorry.
