Met the dumbest Game Warden ever today.

i carry one round a good bit and been wonderin how long it would take the local sherrifs to ask me what it was....on a side note went to the gas station to get a drink and the girl behind the conter knew what it was  maybe that warden needs convenience store training

Been wondering about that myself. Been wearing one for over a month so I can run it at work. I've been in and out of Wally-World and all kinda places. I keep it tucked in my shirt with just the mouthpiece sticking out. No telling what folks are thinking about me.

I take offense to the title of this thread!  Most of you have NO concept of the things that we encounter as Game Wardens.Nor what it takes just to get this job!!!.Its not just happy hunters and fisherman...I live in a County that is Number 1 in the state of NC for Meth...and drugs are becoming an everyday event not to mention that the majority of people we encounter are armed...I have seen stranger things that look like pipes...Dont appreciate being called Dumb... I should probaly stop here and not say what I am thinking..

My apologies to you, no offense was meant to you personally. I compleyly understand where you are coming from. I work with, and know most of the Game Wardens around here and understand what you are saying. But on the other hand this guy was a complete jerk and I am saying this lightly. I held my tounge with this guy in total respect towards his job. But to be asked to exit my vehichle and to be completly searched, both my person and truck in the manner he did was very embarrasing ,I gave him no reason to do what he did.
Again no disrepect to you or any other law enforcement officer out there but I still feel this guy was a complete JERK and a DUMB ----.

No Problem Whitt...I am sorry you had a bad experience...Unfortunately that happens sometimes with a small percentage of Officers... Law Enforcement is alot like the hunting community its a Brotherhood...The title just offended me is all...I know you didnt mean it personally....Enough of that..Lets kill some Turkeys!!
