I listened to it from what I could understand ....
The US govt allowed people to legally buy weapons that would normally be turned down. the guns were then sent across the boarder sold/given to Mexican cartels who use then to commit crimes in America. Then the same government uses the rise of American guns in the cartels hands as reasoning to support stricter gun control in the US.
what a bunch of BS thats kind of like trying to prove we need more fire fighters by burning houses down....
if the numbers don't support your cause ......just change the numbers....
