Who makes the best Crow Calls you ever owned or heard ?

Michael Buckner. I have had one for a few years and have bought 3 or 4 more from him as gifts for friends. You can't sound any more like a crow than his calls in my opinion. Craftsmanship is top notch as well and he is a great guy.

Right now it would be Blackfalcon and Micharel Buckner, Dang I forgot Greg Gutheridge, his is awesome also.

Same here....I own two of his crow calls.  I LOVE em' both.  His shop is 10 mins. from my house and I can't go over there cause I'll buy another crow call  *lol*

 Shadow Turkey Calls, Gregg Guthridge ! He makes a great crow call with hand-carved wooden mouthpiece . They are both functional and beautiful . His crow calls make some of the most realistic sounds you will find . He is also a champion crow hunter who knows how to bring them in close . Alot of guys make them for locators , but Gregg makes one good enough to call in and kill a truckload of crows ! I've seen him in action calling to crows and the proof is definately in the pudding ! His Great Uncle was well known for his crow calls and Gregg uses his design for the mouthpieces . Crow Joe can be found in Earl Mickel's first book . Gregg can be found in all 3 Earl Mickel books !He is Shadow turkey caller here on the roost .

Mike Buckner....hands down.  The others might make a dang good one too, never heard them though.  But I know for a fact Mikes are hard core crow.  He's been building them for years and pretty much dominates in comp. at nationals with them.

All of the gentlemen mentioned make fine calls, Michael Buckner,Gregg Guthredge,Jack Mincey, and Darrell Gibson. Darrell has been making crow calls since 1979 and has made well over 5,000 of them  (plus the special one he is making for me,,soon..... ;D )
I'd get at least one from each of these guys, call them up and talk to them. Don't be in a hurry, and if you happen to call Darrell tomorrow,,, wish him a happy birthday,,,he'll be 69... ;)

Crowman (Darrell Gibson) makes a few different types of crow calls. I have several he made from Boxwood. Michael Buckner also has one of the best sounding crow calls going. Michael's sons are making some fine crwo calls, too.  I wish I could say I have some from the other great crow call makers mentioned, but out of my own fault, I don't...yet!

Well Fortunately I live 15 minutes from 3 of the best crow call makers there are IMO...M.L. Walker, Darrel Gibson and Michael Buckner   Here are a few I have and I couldnt choose just one if ya put a gun to my head...
