it has to do with a certain hunt in very northeastern Ohio with Sooner and his dogs---we posted pictures of 3 proud hunters with a few turkeys we took....and I was in country where there are virtually no snakes---AND ---I had on snake boots. The tormoil started that instant----no one here could pass the opportunity---the name stuck.
I wear those things anytime I hunt---had way too many encounters with those no -shoulders----I am flat out terrified of em man.
Its a running joke now fro all the pranksters here !!!!....and my age too....my walker....kneepads and I could go on and on and on !!!!!
