Osceola Hen Bone

Been Hanging on to this Hen Bone set for a while, last one I had, until now.
Osceola Hen Bone hunter, Camoed, ready fer the field. Fugi Hardaloy guide,  ;D  , sinew wrapped and flex coat finished, thanx fer the look.

Nice one Spur you sure come up with some different things from time to time that ferrule is a good idea.

Neat Idea on the guide.   *dance* I have broken a some of those things off.  Just a thought, to use the smaller double flanged guide so thread is wound on both sides of the guide and less of a chance for a lost call.

Thanks Fellas. She is Strictly, a Hunting Turkey call, and dressed for success.

 John, I had taken a few Guides off a pole for my Thread wrapping Jig. I had a few of them sitting around, and just grabbed one. She is Glued with Dev-Con, and wrapped heavily with sinew.
The double flange was not available at the time, but, I agree, would have been stronger.

Sttripper giudes from fly rods, or the ones you speak of, Or, the Hook Keepers always look good as well. 8)

All in All, just a good Hunting Caller, from an Osceola Hen Personal Harvest, ready to Hunt.
