NWTF Coverage of Call Making results Photos ect

Is anyone else here Upset with the coverage of the call makers contest at Nationals on the Nwtf website ???  They have had no posted results or pictures , They have Posted on the NWTF website everything but Call Making full results and Photos
We all need to start sending them emails to let them know this isn't right!!!

Have patience grasshopper .  *lol* It has only been one week since the show . I just got settled back in myself . Imagine the volunteers that work the show , who didn't go home til Monday and some weren't leaving until tuesday for home. I am sure all of them had to get back in the swing of things and most of them have real jobs they had to go back to . The callmaking contest has a couple thousand entries and they don't take pictures of them all individually. Due to time and webspace , they won't post a picture of all the calls or all the winners . They always pick out a few that stand out and post them . Instead of getting upset , lets thank all the volunteers and employees for their tireless efforts ! A huge congrats goes out to Karen Cavender for all her hard work . It takes them months to get ready and I'm sure it will take a while to get everything completed and wrapped up.  *gobble*

Im not upset with the volunteers, Im upset with the rest of them who do this for a living, and get paid I might add VERY WELL I too have a job that I work 70 hrs a week at, But I made time to build calls for this competition along with a thousand other call makers here that put time into it and we have nothing to show for it..   If you look at the website, they have plenty of coverage of all the other functions that went on and totally left us out. I never had a chance to see the full results, where is it posted at on the NWTF sight?  Sure didn't take them a month to get all the other crap on there. Last year wasn't any better.  Gregg

Thanks for the link! The only problem I have w/ the pictures, is the NWTF logo across the front of the calls. Is it me, or do they not want you to see the calls? I don't see the need for all that  *poo*

Hey buddy , it looks like they already had you covered . You are among the few who had pics taken of their calls . The rest of us common folk didn't get included .  *lol*

Greg I understand where your coming from. I have placed every call I have entered in the top 5 since I started in 2008. Got 2 firsts this year 2 seconds last year and yet to get a photo op.
Heck I didn't even get credit for 3rd in the mag. one year had someone elses name.

ALL THAT SAID, that's why there are places like this where you can get and give the credit deserved. Post your own pics and have others post pics with out you even knowing.
I agree the NWTF has changed but without the start of this org. way back when. me and my
childern would not have turkeys to hunt. Anytime I get peved with them I just think about that fact
and feel better. :grouphug:

Bill, I think those pictures are copywrited. They don't won't folks coping them and printing. If you get one, you have to get it from them.......for a fee.
I noticed that last year with the callers on stage.

Good point Brian *up*,  But Im not worried even about the pictures, Im still looking for all the results for every class in the competition.
