Adam... I'm not much help in the call making business, but you learn from your mistakes and it makes you stronger. No one is perfect and we are all human. I mess up daily in life and I know you'll take this incident and make sure it doesn't happen again.
If this is true that must be why I am getting better at making calls! Because I have made a lot of mistakes! These are only the ones that didn't get glued together!
