I had to show these Masterpieces

Dave posted that Pecan burl Trumpet and I wanted it. One it was beautiful. But mostly it was from Doc in Selma Alabama. I grew up hunting that area, it is where I started. So this was as much sentimental keepsake as well as a beautiful piece. Well    I had no Idea that the trumpet would turn into a set. Dave also made me one of his new yelpers from the same wood aswell as a Crow call. They are stunning! Only set that I have. These are so beautiful it is hard to describe. Plus the sound is incredible, The trumpet well, y'all know. The small one is awesome with great kee-kee ability and the crow call is incredible! Thanks Dave. With Dave's Permission

That is a visually stunning set Mike.  Wow -- beautiful, beautiful wood, and terrific craftsmanship.

Add its origins, and its a very special set for sure.

Mike, it was a pleasure making those. After you told me you hunted those woods where the wood came from, it made sense why the still small voice within said to send them to you, and I am pleased they hold some sentimental value for you..
