My wife and I decided a while ago that when we have kids, the one with the better job would work and the other would stay home with the kids.  So after making sure I had a crappy job, I was blessed with being able to stay home and raise our kids.  That was 8 years ago and it looks like that is how it is going to be for a little while longer, we are expecting our third child due July 4rth.

I was a public school science teacher and administrator for 37 years..been retired for the last seven years. Started woodworking and lathe turning while in college. I make turkey callers..made the first wing bones and two and three piece cane callers back in the 80's..I probably have tried just about every design that remotely resembles a turkey caller at one time or another. I spend a lot of time in the woods hunting, fishing and just wandering. I have tried my hand at gunstock making..fell in love with muzzleloaders while I was in grade school and have shot them ever since..in the 50's there were no reproductions so we used the old originals to hunt with..my favorite rabbit gun was a 14ga. with 32" barrels. I make my own archery tackle..osage makes great bows...and  I tend to talk too much  *cheers*

Well I am a car dealer--35 years..-Lexus and Toyota's are my line. Used to be a decent gig, but it looks like callmaking is better these days, even though there is really no money it them either. *lol* Least I can work in peace and quiet....most of the time  ROTFLMBO.

I am a Chemist and have worked at the same chemical company for almost 35 years. We have had a lot of ups and downs and feel very blessed to have had a job all those years. Not sure how much longer I will work though due to health/back issues.

I don't suppose this has been stated before, I am a Landscape Architect for the past 24 years, but most of my time is spent as a Golf Course Architect (my passion)...never could draw a straight line and I have never found one on a golf course yet! ;D Nowadays more time is spent as an LA since the market tanked and fewer people have the $ to play golf.
