Who here makes a nice wing to carry in the woods with me? I can beat around with a hat but I would like the sound of a real wing to use.

Primos makes a nice one at a cheap price . It has a handle attached which makes it easy to use . I recommend you stick with your hat . It makes as good a sound as a wing and since it is just an extra thing to carry around, skip the wing . Rake a stick in the leaves , flap your hat . Most hunters carry too many gadgets in the woods anyway . Minimize what you carry and you will enjoy the hunt more.

I am a hat man like Bob. I slapped the ground with my hat three years ago and had one land in our lap that my son killed. I used to carry a wing but it was just something else to take up space in my vest.

A plastic bag works well but don't use one of the white ones. Hold it by both ends with your hands and pull it back and forth real quick.
