Man that looks like it hurts. As much as I use my table saw it still scares the heck out of me. I hope all goes well with the surgery.  Bill

Sorry to hear that.  Hope he recovers well.   That tablesaw still makes me a little nervous everytime I use it.

Adam,
I hope your hand heals properly and quickly. As everyone has said, table saws are probably the most dangerous tool in the wood workers shop. I think about it every time I turn one on. We're praying for a speedy recovery for you.

It is so easy to do  especially if a person is distracted. I got the tips of 3 fingers on my left hand into the blade of my dad's saw but was real lucky. I did lose 3 finger nails for a while and it hurt like the dickens for quite a while.
