My First Custom Knife
« on: January 14, 2011, 12:32:11 PM »
Just received my first custom knife from my good friend Jon "Petie" Ross.  The handle is Spalted Oak and the blade material is O-1.  It's definitely not lacking in the material department and it is super sharp.  I couldn't be any happier with my newest acquisition.

"Sharp" looking knife. He did a great job and as already said, looks like a good size.

Nice knife Lou. I used to collect knives before turkey calls but it was getting  $$$$$$$. I still have some customs but not many. If you think turkey calls are big bucks try buying more knives it will empty your pockets quick when trying to buy from the big names. Price one from Bob Loveless. *aah*  Bill
