Christmas Eve Guest.....

 Just happened to look up as I was coming in the kitchen door......and to my surprise, I noticed what at first looked like a Dove, sitting on the cornor of our gutter. On second inspection, it turned out to be a Screech Owl!

Had to replace about 100 feet after all the snow last year! Hope that won't be a problem again, for years to come.  *poo* *poo*

The Owl didn't care I was anywhere near it. I think it was watching a Sparrow that had roosted in one of the evergreens around the front of the house.
