Alright fellas the moment is drawing near, we have only one week left in the season... Just as soon as the final results post, we will begin the prize selection lottery.  I want to take the time to thank all of you who participated as this years contest has been great.  The participation has been the largest since the inception of the contest in 2007.  I'm really excited about the new prize format and I hope everyone enjoys the satisfaction of getting something this year.

So how is this going to work?  After the final results are posted we will begin drawing for prizes.  The winner will get the first choice, the runner up will get the second choice, the third place finisher will get the third choice, and so forth and so on.  Remember, as part of the contest you must contribute something and you cannot choose your own item as your prize.

You will post your selection to this thread and I will do my best to keep the next person aware of their turn and whats available.  Once you make your selection it is then your responsibility to make contact with the individual and exchange shipping details, etc.  If you make your selection and cannot get in touch with the individual, please let me know.  All contest entrants appear to be Osage Roost members.  We have a great bunch of fellas involved here in the contest so I dont expect this to be a problem.

Some experiences I want to relay from previous contests; timeliness is extremely important.  Sending out a caller/gift to another entrant and then waiting months for your prize really sucks.  Lets aim to get all the prizes exchanged before Christmas.  Its simply the right thing to do and we've known this day was coming for some 4 months.

Alright fellas, Lets get the prize selection started this week.  I am very pleased to have the first choice, but I must admit that before choosing my prize I'd really like to see what Mr. Porter has to offer.  Probably a case of morbid curiosity on my part.. .

I'll post my choice and then we'll go right down the list.  Remember... you cannot choose your own offering and you are responsible for getting in touch with the persons who's offering you have chosen.

Thanks again for participating fellas, you've been great.  This has been a fun way to get callers in peoples hands and I hope the gift exchange serves as a little Christmas cheer for each of you.  Its been my pleasure putting the game together for us this year and I'd be happy to do it again next year if ya'll would like.
